Hi I’m Sophie, a physiotherapist with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and a Master’s in Physiotherapy. Sport has always been a big part of my life, from competing at a high level of netball for years, being a regular gym goer and Pilates lover to knowledgeable insights into golf and football. This mix of scientific knowledge and real sporting experience shapes how I work.
I don't just view physiotherapy as treating an injury - it’s about finding the root cause, preventing recurrence, and helping you perform at your best. Whether it’s back pain from desk work, a running injury or recovery after surgery, I focus on getting people back to both full fitness and everyday life without pain.
My approach combines hands on manual therapy to ease pain and restore movement with tailored rehab programmes that build strength, improve mobility and achieve long term results.
I’ve worked in both NHS and private settings with people from all walks of life, from professional golfers, footballers and national-level netballers to those simply wanting to move more comfortably. Physiotherapy for everyone, keeping your body strong, resilient, and helping you to perform at your best.
If you’re looking to recover, prevent injury or stay at the top of your game, I’m here to help!
