At Back to Fitness, I’m a Sports Massage Therapist, but I also work full time as an Occupational Therapist, where I’ve developed a particular passion for the neurological side of rehabilitation. Helping people who have experienced neurological conditions regain their independence and get back to everyday activities is something I find hugely rewarding and that same drive carries through to my work in sports massage.
What I love most is supporting people in their recovery, whether that’s easing muscle tension, aiding performance or helping someone feel more comfortable in their day to day life. Every client’s goals are different and tailoring my treatments to meet those needs is what keeps me motivated.
Outside of work, staying active is really important to me. I’ve played netball for many years and it continues to be one of my favourite ways to keep fit, as well as a brilliant way to unwind and stay connected with others.
If you’re wondering whether sports massage could help you, whether it’s for recovery, performance, or general wellbeing, please feel free to get in touch. I’d love to help you get moving and feeling your best.
