I graduated from Chichester University in 2017 with a BSc in Sports Therapy and have been working as a Sports Therapist ever since, helping people recover from both sporting and work-related injuries. Over the years I’ve treated a wide variety of clients, each with their own unique challenges and goals.
What I love most about my work is seeing people get back to the activities that matter to them, whether that’s training in the gym, completing their first marathon, gardening without discomfort, or running around with the kids pain-free. Helping people move with confidence again is what keeps me inspired.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy keeping active myself. So it's perfect that we have our very own Reformer Studio at the hub, it allows me to get a cheeky session in when works busy and I can't make it to the gym. Training helps me switch off from the day, and I’m always exploring new rural walks around Warlingham and the surrounding areas, so if you have any Oxted trail recommendations, I’d love to hear them!
If you’re unsure whether we can help with your specific injury or concern, please do get in touch. Remember, you don’t have to put up with chronic pain.
