I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, which I completed after earning my initial Level 3 qualification from the Richdale Institute in 2019. With around six years of hands on experience, I’ve developed a well rounded and client focused approach to treatment.
I’ve worked extensively in the French Alps, treating a wide range of clients, from high-level athletes to everyday tourists, helping them recover from muscle exertion and improve performance. My practice includes a variety of techniques such as cupping therapy, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) and hot stone massage, which adds a restorative, deep-tissue element to my treatments. I’ve also recently completed training in lymphatic drainage massage to further support my clients’ recovery and wellbeing.
What I find most rewarding is knowing that I’ve played a part in helping people get back to the activities they love, whether it’s sport, travel, or just feeling more comfortable in their day to day lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting stuck into a good series, catching up with friends, and travelling, especially when visiting loved ones in France.
