We offer a variety of Reformer Pilates sessions, ideal for those looking to build confidence in their practice within a smaller group setting. With a 5:1 group reformer setup, you'll get more individualised attention in a supportive, group environment, allowing for a one-to-one experience at a fraction of the cost.

Our classes range from complete beginners, to intermediate and fit classes. Whatever level you are at, we have a class for you.

We advise coming along to a Reformer Foundations class if you are new to the studio or have never done Reformer Pilates before, to ensure we build confidence in yourself and your practice from the moment you step into one of our classes. Once you have completed a foundations class, you and your instructor can gauge where you are at in terms of moving onto a Reformer Flow or Fit class, or continuing with the Reformer Foundations until you feel ready to move over to one of our other Reformer Classes.

Our Classes:

Reformer Foundations

The perfect class for anyone who is new to Reformer Pilates. You will learn the fundamentals and get comfortable using the machines. We recommend attending 3–5 of these classes if you are a complete beginner. You can always speak with your instructor about progressing onto a flow class — they will guide you.

Reformer Flow

Our Flows are brilliant for individuals looking for that next level up, whilst still looking to improve form and learning new techniques in a safe environment. This class flows through the sequences, ensuring transitions are smoother so you can get the most out of the class. Perfect for improvers.

Reformer Fit

If you love a fast paced class or look to feel the burn when you work out, this class will soon become your favourite. Fit classes usually involve use of equipment, such as rings, weights and balls. You will be leaving the class feeling like you’ve had the best workout!

(Not suitable for complete beginners.)

When in need, don’t be afraid to ask.

Our hand-picked team of sports therapists, movement specialists, and instructors are fully certified and deeply committed to expert, results-driven care.
What’s the difference between physiotherapy, injury treatments, integrated sports rehab and sports massage?
  • Physiotherapy, Injury Treatments & Integrated Sports Rehab are all very similar in structure and execution of the session. They all include a full assessment, hands on treatment (with a use of different therapy techniques) and a tailored rehab plan to get you back move pain free as quick as possible. The main deviations between them include:

    • Physiotherapy treatments may include private insurance options.

    • Injury treatments will have a greater hands on approach to the session, and most likely rehab exercises sent home for you to follow along with.
    • Integrated sports rehab will have an aspect of hands on treatment, as well as a dedicated time to go through your rehab plan in the session, to ensure you leave with more confidence with your exercises.
  • Sports Massage is more about recovery, muscular release, and injury prevention. Ideal for maintenance or in between injury treatments.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?

If you’re unsure, don’t worry you can always reach out to us before booking a treatment to ensure you are with the correct therapist. Our expert team will help advise you on the best options for you at your first appointment if they think you need a different take on your treatment to ensure you are getting the most from your sessions.

What should I wear to my appointment or class?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. For treatments, it helps if we can access the area being treated (shorts or a vest top work well). For classes, breathable activewear is best – no jeans or dresses please. Also please note, if you are taking a Reformer Pilates class, we do ask all clients wear grip socks. You can either purchase them from us prior to the session or bring your own. This is for safety and hygiene, thank you.

Where can I park?

We don’t have on-site parking in Oxted, but there are plenty of convenient options nearby, including side roads:

- Chichele Road – parking bays, 2 hours for free

- Beatrice Road – parking bays, 2 hours for free

- Bluehouse Lane (single yellow lines apart from 8am-9.30am)

You can also park in Waitrose for up to an hour, but would advise opting for Ellice Road Car Park which is a 3-5 minute walk depending on your pace which you can park in for up to 2 hours for free, or it is free on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. Or the Morrisons, and walk under the underpass to get to us, which again is 3-5 minutes depending on your pace.

Again, if you are concerned about parking when you book, please contact us and we can recommend parking spots/cark parks so it’s hassle-free.

Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes, our Physiotherapy sessions are covered but specific insurance providers. So please check with your provider to confirm coverage, and we can guide you through the process if needed.

I’m not an athlete, are your services still for me?

Absolutely. As well as working with athletes, we also support professionals, parents and active individuals who want to stay strong, mobile, and free from pain.

Whether it’s preparing for a ski trip, recovering from an injury, prepping for your next event or maintaining confidence and independence as you get older, we tailor every treatment and class to your goals. Our mission is simple: to keep you moving well and enjoying the lifestyle you love for years to come.

What’s a Full-Body MOT Assessment?

Our Full-Body MOT is a complete check of your strength, mobility, posture, and movement patterns. It highlights imbalances and potential risks before they turn into problems, making it ideal for both injury prevention and performance optimisation.

We can also adapt our full body assessment, so it is more of a sport specific MOT tailored to your individual goals, whether that’s preparing for skiing, enhancing your golf swing, improving running performance, or simply moving with more ease day to day. Every MOT is completely personal to you, giving you a clear plan to support your health, performance, and long term mobility.

Do you offer beginner friendly classes?

Yes. Our Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and yoga classes are open to all levels. We keep class sizes small, so you’ll get personal attention whether you’re brand new or experienced. We would suggest booking onto a “Foundations” class if you are new to the studio or starting out in your Pilates journey. This ensures you will get the right attention, as these classes are for complete beginners.

How do I book a session or class?

You can book online via our website, give us a call, or just drop us a message. If you’re unsure what to choose, just ask. We’ll recommend the best option for you to ensure you get the best possible service for your specific needs.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can get busy, but to keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class or treatment. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will mean losing your class credit or being charged for the treatment. Thank you for your understanding and helping us keep our schedule open and flexible for all of our clients.

Who can join your classes?

Everyone is welcome in our classes. While we do offer some men-only sessions, men are welcome at all of our classes, and most are mixed. The only requirements for classes are that you are able to get on and off the ground/machines comfortably and that you let us know about any injuries or conditions that may affect your ability to take part safely prior to the session. Please get in contact if you have any questions or concerns.I

f you’re a teenager interested in joining Reformer or another class, please message us first so we can advise on suitability. Our priority is making sure every client feels supported and confident in the right environment.
